This Strawberry Blueberry Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese is a simple salad with fresh fruit, spinach, goat cheese, and almonds. All ingredients can be found at Trader Joe’s and this recipe comes together in minutes!
Jump to RecipeRecently I was asked to bring a side salad to dinner at a friend’s house and I knew I was going to be short on time but still wanted to bring something flavorful so I made this super simple strawberry blueberry spinach salad with goat cheese and almonds.
You can find all of the ingredients at your local Trader Joes and the salad comes together in minutes. The ingredients include Organic Power to the Greens mix, blueberries, strawberries, honey goat cheese and raw sliced almonds. There is a picture of the ingredients below for visual shoppers. You could also substitute the raw almonds with pecans or walnuts, and even candied nuts would be delicious in this! For a dressing I whisked together 3 parts olive oil, 1 part balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and a little honey. You could also use your store bought dressing.
Ingredients for Strawberry Blueberry Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese and Almonds
Once you have all of your ingredients just add the greens, nuts, berries and cheese to a large bowl and cover until it’s time to eat. I whisk up my dressing and keep in a mason jar with lid and don’t add to the salad until right before we sit down to eat. That way the salad doesn’t get soggy and you can give the dressing one last good shake.

I don’t see the recipe for the dressing for this salad. Can you please provide it for me?
Hi for this salad you can use whatever salad dressing you’d like, including store bought. A simple vinaigrette or poppyseed dressing work great! My go to is a simple balsamic: simply whisk together 3 parts olive oil, 1 part balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and a little honey.
