This raspberry walnut kefir smoothie is a perfect way to start your day! Loaded with antioxidants, probiotics, protein and omega-3’s, this flavorful and vibrant smoothie is a must-try!
I love smoothies to start by day off right and this is one of my faves lately! Ingredients include frozen banana and raspberries, walnuts, chia seeds, collagen and kefir. I love to make my own kefir but when I’m taking a break I use Lifeway kefir, which is what I used in this recipe. Simply blend up all the ingredients and enjoy this refreshing smoothie!
If I have leftover smoothie, I simply pour into ice pop molds and enjoy as ice pops later!
