I love smoothies to start by day off right and this is one of my faves lately! Ingredients include frozen banana and raspberries, walnuts, chia seeds, collagen and kefir. I love to make my own kefir but when I’m taking a break I use Lifeway kefir, which is what I used in this recipe. Simply blend up all the ingredients and enjoy this refreshing smoothie!
