These simple 3-ingredient homemade strawberry yogurt popsicles are easy to make and a huge hit! All you need are strawberry slices, Greek yogurt, and brown sugar. Mix these ingredients, scoop into popsicle molds and freeze overnight for an amazing snack for hot days!Strawberry season is here and we are eating all the strawberries! Can’t stop, won’t stop. Possibilities are endless- smoothies, acai bowls, on avocado toast, salads and popsicles. We love making popsicles during summer months, and these popsicles are so simple, made with only three ingredients, and are a satisfying dessert or snack.
Ingredients for Homemade Strawberry Yogurt PopsiclesGreek yogurt I like to use whole fat, plain, but you could play around with different yogurts. If you use a sweetened yogurt lessen or omit the brown sugar to taste.
Strawberries should be in season and ripe for these popsicles. Slice them up into small pieces so you get some strawberry flavor in every bite! I often freeze strawberries like this, and frozen sliced strawberries work perfect in this recipe.
Brown sugar adds sweetness and a little extra texture to these popsicles. You can play around with the amount of brown sugar to make the popsicles sweeter or more tart, depending on your taste.
You will also need a popsicle mold that makes 12 3 oz popsicles, a blender, and popsicle sticks. This is my favorite popsicle mold because I love that it is easy to push the popsicles out of the mold and I love the cover that keeps the popsicle sticks in place. You will also need
How to make Homemade Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and gently mix together. Don’t overmix… you want the brown sugar to retain some of it’s texture and not dissolve completely. Gently spoon the ingredients into your popsicle mold and add your popsicle sticks. Freeze until completely frozen, about 4-8 hours. Pop out of molds and enjoy!
