Directions for Grape Salsa Recipe
First, to prepare ingredients correctly make sure the grapes, pepper(s), and cilantro are rinsed and patted dry. Then, chop the fruits and veggies into small pieces.
For the grapes, slice in half horizontally once, and then again, and then cut each fourth into three pieces. Remove peel off the jicama before you slice into small squares. Remember to de-seed the pepper before cutting into small pieces.
To assemble, this salsa is simple and all you have to do is combine all prepared ingredients: grapes, red onion, cilantro, jicama, peppers, a fresh lime juice and a generous pinch of flakey sea salt. This salsa is fresh, sweet, tangy, fruity, unique and delicious.
