Zucchini and Yellow Squash Fettuccine Alfredo
I love quick and simple pasta recipes, and this happens to be one of my favorites. I make it with zucchini and yellow squash but you could switch up it pretty easily with lots of different vegetables, broccoli would be great. Although I love cooking, I hate doing dishes and this pasta is great because you only have to use two pans. One is for the Alfredo sauce, and the other for for both the pasta and the veggies that you throw in with the pasta for the last four minutes.
