Today I have ten amazing Instant Pot Pressure Cooker recipes to share you with you! I got my Instant Pot for Christmas (thanks, Rick!) and especially enjoy making yogurt and rice so far but am excited to start making more meals with it as well. Below are ten pressure cooker recipes that I cannot wait to make soon. Do you have an Instant Pot? If you don’t and are wondering what it is- it is basically a pressure cooker with multiple settings- you can make pretty much anything you could make in a slow cooker, except much faster, and more. There are specific modes for yogurt, rice, beans, steaming, sautéing, beans, soups and more. It is a huge time saver!

Ooo, I’d love your yogurt recipe! I don’t have an instant pot but am totally intrigued. We also eat so.much.yogurt. Miss you!!
Hi Cami! I basically just follow the yogurt recipe in the welcome booklet from the instant pot- you pour in a gallon of milk, heat it to a certain temperature and then let it cool. Then you add in a cup of plain yogurt (a good kind that acts as a starter) and mix it up and then heat it with the yogurt setting overnight. In the morning you have yogurt! It is like a miracle every time and the main reason I wanted an Instant Pot.
