  1. Preheat the oven to 425 °F

  2. Add Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, date syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt & pepper into a bowl and toss to coat.

  3. Pour Brussels sprouts onto baking sheet and put in oven.

  4. Roast the Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes until tender on the inside and slightly crisping on some edges.
