Ingredients

  • 2 3.5 oz frozen acai packets
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4-1 cup coconut water

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup granola
  • drizzle honey
  • chia seeds, flax seeds, cocao nibs, coconut flakes optional toppings

Instructions

  1. Add acai packets, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries and 3/4 cup of coconut water to blender.

  2. Blend until desired thickness, adding more coconut water as needed.

  3. Divide into two chilled bowls and top with granola, fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana slices. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with additional desired toppings.
