  • 6 small avocados or 4 large ripe
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, about 1 cup minced
  • 1 bunch of green onions, about 1/2 cup chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, about 2/3 cups diced
  • 1 lime squeezed for juice
  • garlic salt to taste


  1. Half the avocados, remove pits, peel, and add to large bowl.

  2. Mash the avocados until desired consistency.

  3. Add in diced tomatoes, minced cilantro, chopped green onions, diced  jalapeños, and lime juice.

  4. Gently combine all ingredients and add garlic salt to taste.

When cutting the jalapenos cut out the inner membranes but leave  a couple o the seeds if you want some spice.
