Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Globe™ grapes chopped into chunky pieces
  • 2 jalapenos, or 1 Anaheim pepper de-seeded and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1/2 red onion chopped into medium-small pieces
  • 1/2 cup jicama cut into small squares
  • 1-2 limes juiced
  • pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl except for lime and sea salt.

  2. Mix ingredients in bowl together. 

  3. Squeeze the juice from 1-2 limes on top of the salsa, and mix to combine.

  4. Chill until ready to enjoy. Garnish with flaky sea salt and pair with tortilla chips, chicken or fish.
