Sometimes simple is best! This easy peach cobbler recipe is so easy and the perfect dessert during summer, topped with some fresh vanilla ice cream.
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add egg and knead to a crumbly texture.
Slice the peaches and fill your baking pan three fourths full. Mix in 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top of the peaches.
Pour melted butter over the top.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is nicely browned and the cobbler is cooked.
Let cool slightly. Serve with fresh vanilla ice cream.
