Coconut Milk is the dairy-free and vegan creamy base for this recipe and adds amazing coconut flavor.

Almond Milk is a dairy free and vegan milk that offers vitamin E, vitamin D and calcium.

Turmeric provides a vibrant golden yellow color and distinct flavor. Turmeric is a member of the ginger family and the plant is known for its healing properties such as its anti-inflammatory effect and positive effect on cholesterol.

Black Pepper provides piperine, a compound that works with the curcumin in turmeric to enhance absorption in the body.

Ginger adds a nice kick of flavor and nutritional benefits.

Honey sweetens the popsicles and you can add more or less depending on your taste.

You will also need a popsicle mold that makes 12 3 oz popsicles, a blender, and popsicle sticks. This is my favorite popsicle mold because I love that it is easy to push the popsicles out of the mold and I love the cover that keeps the popsicle sticks in place. You will also need popsicle sticks.
